I had a wonderful time during my stay. The location is excellent, near Ciudad Satélite, and the staff, especially Fer and Daniel, were genuinely helpful and attentive. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was quite comfortable.

Some amenities need improvement.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the nearby shopping mall offered great dining choices. However, the noise levels from the street at night were quite disturbing.

The staff were accommodating and quick to respond to

my requests, making my stay enjoyable. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable, though I found the chairs provided were a little hard for working. Overall, it feels like a solid value for its location and amenities.

No ramps in the basement parking meant dragging bags up stairs, not ideal for the elderly. Various maintenance issues in the room, like malfunctioning sinks and a loose toilet, disrupted the stay too much. The air conditioning system was loud and inconsistent, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

the room was the most expensive, but the hot tub was missing the remote. also, the toilet was rocking, which is certainly what you expect from a 5-star experience. it wouldve been nice to receive a room upgrade considering all the maintenance issues, but I suppose that’s too much to ask for. absoluteley ridiculous.

Ensure to check the AC functionality in advance and address any maintenance issues immediately, as there may be delays in response.

Incredible staff made it worthwhile

The staff were genuinely sympathetic after my previous hotel experience fell apart. They worked magic to accommodate me with a room at the last minute, and even offered a discount. The restaurant served fantastic meals that left me craving more.

We had an amazing time staying here with friends! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a discount when we needed to change our reservation. The location was perfect for visiting museums and local attractions, like the Zocalo and Chapultepec Park. Highly recommend this spot!

However, our third day was a bit chaotic when a friend's bag was stolen from the shuttle bus area right outside. That put a damper on our trip, so be cautious of your belongings while on the property.

The location is excellent, right near a mall where you can find various dining options. The staff were friendly and attentive, making a real effort to ensure all my needs were met. I enjoyed the city view from my room, which really added to the overall experience.

our stay at parque satelite was great! we loved the location, so close to the mall for dining options. the restaurant served amazing food and the staff went above and beyond, especially when accommodating our vegetarian requests. the room size was comfortable, and we really appreciated the free parking.
